Our services, featuring the Certified Applied Innovator credential, empower employees to become skilled innovators who drive positive organizational change. We've helped over 400 individuals in higher education and are ready to help you see the value of innovation in action. This can be accomplished individually or by offering an entire course at your campus. Our team of Innovation Engineering Black Belts, Certified Applied Innovators, ACBSP Certified Consultants, ACBSP Certified Mentors, and Six Sigma Black Belts are professionals dedicated to enhancing business programs and universities. At Rubicon River Innovation Institute, we believe organic innovation and appropriate accreditation are the keys to success in today's evolving collegiate world. Our mission is two-fold. First, we seek to upskill individuals with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to foster a culture of innovation built by employees' organic ideas. This is accomplished through offering the Certified Applied Innovator credential and one-day Ideation Conclaves. Second, we help institutions seeking ACBSP accreditation or reaccreditation, remediating conditions and notes, and preparing Quality Assurance Reports for ACBSP. Rubicon River Innovation aims to empower employees to become contributors to successful ACBSP accreditation as well as skilled innovators who will drive positive organizational change.
